The moment you see Sam revert back to his childhood. Imagine all the flashbacks running through his mind of him being left alone in cheap motel rooms while Dean and John go off to gank some monster, all the times he was left at ‘Pennywhistle’s’, all of the days he had to spend surviving while knowing Dean was suffering down in hell.
